Delivery and Order Processing Policy

This policy outlines the delivery conditions, order processing procedures and shipping terms applicable to all purchases made on www.byfavia.ro.

Quick Delivery Overview

Courier service: Delivery is carried out through Sameday, within 24–48 hours of dispatch (Monday–Friday).

Free Shipping: The free shipping benefit applies automatically to all orders with a total value of at least 400 RON.

Standard Delivery Cost (Fixed Address): 20 RON.

Locker/Pickup Point Delivery Cost: 17 RON.

Pickup Point Procedure: The selection of the logistics point is made in the final stage of the order confirmation process. When using a bank card as the payment method, the selection interface will activate immediately after the transaction is validated.

Authenticity Guarantee: All ByFavia products are accompanied by authenticity certificates attesting to the quality and nature of the materials used.

1. Order Procedure

1.1. The Buyer initiates the purchase by adding items to the Shopping Cart and completing the procedure by making payment, according to the methods agreed upon by the Seller.

1.2. Availability: Items added to the Shopping Cart are subject to real stock availability. The mere presence of a product in the Cart, without completing the transaction, does not constitute a reservation or contractual obligation on the part of the Seller.

1.3. Data Accuracy: By validating the order, the Buyer assumes legal responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided (delivery address, configured specifications, contact details). Any error in providing this data exempts the Seller from liability for delays or delivery failure.

1.4. Payment Validation: In the event that the online transaction is not approved by the issuing bank or the data provided is insufficient, the Seller reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order, without compensatory obligations.

2. Invoicing and Tax Compliance

2.1. Subsequent to Order confirmation, the Company will issue the tax invoice in electronic format, in strict accordance with applicable tax regulations and based on data provided by the Buyer.

2.2. Data Processing: Personal data (name, surname, address, tax identification details) are processed exclusively for fiscal-accounting and logistical purposes.

2.3. Archiving: Financial-accounting records (invoices) are archived for a period of 5 years, in accordance with accounting legislation, and made available to supervisory authorities only under the conditions of the law.

3. Delivery Conditions and Risk Transfer

3.1. Seller's Obligations: The Company undertakes to ensure optimal packaging of products and transmission of transport records to the logistics operator Sameday.

3.2. Delivery Timeframe: Dispatch is carried out within the estimated timeframe of 24–48 hours from the completion of the production/assembly process (which may take 1–2 working days for configured products).

3.3. Transfer of Liability: The risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the Buyer upon physical possession, personally or through a designated third party, at the delivery address or selected pickup point.

4. Technical Errors and Erroneous Specifications

4.1. Price Integrity: The Seller makes maximum efforts to display information correctly. However, in the event of obvious technical errors leading to the display of derisory prices or impossible specifications, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order, proceeding with the immediate refund of collected amounts.

4.2. Discrepancies: If a delivered product presents erroneous characteristics due to a system error, a replacement will be proposed. In the absence of the Buyer's agreement, the transaction will be cancelled, with a full refund of amounts.
